7 men came together at Skywalker this morning. Some visiting from other AOs, some making a reappearance from the IR, and all were bundled up for the chilly morning that was ahead of them. Here’s what happened…
Mosey up and around the parking lot

- Air Squats
The Thang
Mosey down to the driving range
- Merkin ladder starting with 2 performed at each golf cart parking spot
- Run back up to street in between sets for 20 LBCs
Head down to the bottom Fence Hill
- 5 Burpees at the bottom
- Run up the hill, hop the fence (or crawl under)
- 5 Derkins on fence
- Repeato times 3
Farm just won’t stop talking about how he wants to run some hills, so we go find something to appease him.
- Run down to the 18th green
- 10 Air Squats
- Run back up to intersection
- 10 WW2 situps
- Repeato until time is called
Mosey back to parking lot with some GBS, Backwards run, and Spiderman Merkins along the way.

- Great to see Sparky back out at Skywalker after finding an ice patch on #10.

Again, I did NOT ask for the hills. But they did help me burn that beer off that I was talking about. Numbers looked good on the scale this morning Grinder!
Also enjoyed the 2nd F with you guys this morning. I learned that Grinder doesn’t hear the word “No” and Google is obsessed with his buns. Also, I’m not the shortest guy in MeCa. I’ve got a few brothers I see eye to eye with! #bigthingscomeinsmallpackages
It was good to have you out there with us this morning! You’re always welcome to come over when you get tired of boring flat terrain. I like your theory about Qing at DL… I might implement the same tactic.
