5 men Showed for Traditions Q-Shool to start off “First time February” in a effort to encourage newer(or older) pax to step up and Q a beatdown. We had some stiff competition with @Clueless guest Q’ing the SWAT workout! Man after man arrived exclaiming they were following @CLueless! Buckwheat and I realized that we would also be following @Clueless……..Then @#1 arrived and screamed “Where is Q-School!”. He was quickly followed by @R2D2 and @Mutant. Q-School was in session!

Great job this morning guys! We forgot to mention one important rule for Q’s: If you can’t do it, don’t Q it! Simply put, if you can’t do an exercise properly don’t lead it. We all have an exercise or two, or three or four in my case, that we can’t do very well.

Thanks Dingo and Buckwheat. Very helpful. I have a couple of weeks to get ready and learn to name the exercises right. Hopefully that is enough 🙂
