– Great work out there today men. Everyone put in the effort to make themselves better and sharpen your brothers at the same time.
– Genie, rest that elbow brother and watch out for that ice when exiting the house.
– The Nanny is will looking for BRR participants for 2016. Harding stepped up and HC today.
– Trial Run of new Bootcamp option to occur next Monday, 2/1 at the Speedway. Park at Turn 1 in the parking lot. 0530 launch.
– Continue to push yourselves men to be better husbands, fathers, and brothers. If your struggling with something, ask a F3 Brother as I am sure all situations have been experienced by the PAX. Don’t suffer in silence, no one wins when you do that.

Good job today men.
I’m smoked, which is not a complement to the Q as much as a statement that I’m out of shape!
Great Q @Colonel and super job using the lit parts of the AO that were ICE free.
Thanks for posting brother! Yeah no need in being stupid and playing around on ICE. I guess having three boys has decreased my stupid meter.
Shout out to @Shazam for successfully covering all phases of the partner carry after I face planted on my first attempt. Next time he partners with a 170 pound CPA he will probably look for Stoli instead. #Strong
I missed this during the workout. Glad you recovered. I have carried our brother @Shazam a couple times. #sturdyundercarriage
No injuries to report. I try to screw up every now and then just to validate my nickname. Glad I was wearing the gloves though.
Disaster, I haven’t weighed 170 in 20 years, but thank you!
So am I too high or too low? Hard to estimate you running guys.
Isn’t this BB about 12-48hrs early? I almost can’t believe my eyes! Good lead today Col, I enjoyed it.
TClaps to Harding for a) HCing for the BRR and b) knocking out suspended merkins and dips less than a month after having hand/wrist surgery. Not sure if you’re incredibly tough or just incredibly stupid but it’s admirable none the less.
And I am responding to your post real-time. How about that? Pigs are flying today brother!
Ahh the life…
Great Lead Col! I always appreciate a beatdown that keeps us moving on these cold mornings. @Sully great to partner with you brother! @Stoli Great to catch up with you. The pax can always count on you pushing the from the front. Always good to see some of the @Skywalkers @ Highlands!
Hi! Hammer was there. .
Great lead today Col. Feeling the downPAINment.
Great partnering with Chopper. Never a dull moment with all the mumble chatter.
Great lead, Col. You’ve been kicking my butt for four years. Guaranteed pain everytime. Thanks, brother!
