Part 1 – Victory Lap

• similar to fire lane drills, run forward to fire lanes, and back-pedal 1 fire lane till completely around building
• running forward two spots, drop for 49 LBC’s
• then back-pedal 1 spot, drop for 15 merkins
• 49-15 is the final Panthers over Arizona score from the NFC championship game.

Part 2 – Lap me if you can

• traveller = 5 dry docks + 5 lunges each leg
• flapjack with each runner when lapped
• as a group, move the travelling routing around the lap till time or one lap

It was cold, the pax stayed warm and no one slipped on the Black Ice. YHC should’ve done this BB earlier and better but his shoulders are still sore from the recent merkin increase. Great work by gremlin and swiss miss paying attention to the email and twitters for the alternate location. Perhaps the non-posting pax were not as keen because this shame is better than the fartsack shame that may also be true.
