Obviously no professionals when you Tunnel of Love on freezing asphalt

Two men came to the rescue of ailing brother @Piston (get well soon, btw) to take the Q at #DL and put together this little ditty.
The Thang:
@Backcracker started with warmup exercises of mosey to end of parking lot, and reverse mosey back (he called it quadrafeelia but it’s always been my interpretation that quadrafeelia is up a hill backwards, tomato/potato, he’s the Q and we did it).
Warm-up COP: SSH, Windmill (much too fast for @Amoeba), Cotton pickers, Imperial Stormtroopers
Pass the mic to @Skipper for the main event. Mosey to @Skipper-mobile to unload the “junk”, which included water jugs, KBs ranging in size from 5 lbs to 50 lbs, and football (just because it was there). Junk placed in middle of parking lot.
Mosey to end of parking lot and partner up. P1 does specified exercise while P2 runs to junk pile and grabs a weight of their choice and carries it to the far end of the parking lot and then back to the middle to drop the weight back in the pile before running back to P1 at the starting spot for the switcheroo. Flapjack. Each circuit was done twice by each pax.
Merkins / Overhead carry
Deep squats / Right arm carry
Carolina dry docks / Left arm carry
Lunges / Farmer carry
Burpees / Pax choice carry
Pass the mic back to @Backcracker to finish us out with:
Tunnel of Love?! Yep, he called it! On the frozen asphalt. Lots of complaining and threats of #refuseniks from the pax, but everyone manned up!

Fun time this morning! As always in F3, didn’t take long to warm-up. Forgot to mention that the idea for carrying the junk came from a workout I did a few nights ago with @SilverBullet. Except the men of @F3Isotope (@MrBurns and co.) had fancy Go-Ruck labeled sandbags, etc. I went old school (ala @Gnarley Goat) with the water jugs and KBs. #whatevergetsthejobdone
Fun write up Skipper. The Surprise Q is always a fun badge to acquire.
