It Feels Like……
All All MECA BackblastsJanuary 19th, 2016
14 of Tradition’s bravest showed for the coldest beatdown of the year so far (16 degrees). There was a debate last week amongst the Pax about how cold it was one day and whether or not using the “feels like” temperature is more appropriate than the actual temperature. It doesn’t matter what temperature it was or what it felt like, it was damn cold this morning! With no weinke or formal plan in place, I set out to keep us warm. Hopefully, I was able to accomplish that goal.
Things went a little something like this.
F3 disclaimer provided. @Dingo loved the thoroughness of same. I could teach you how to do a proper disclaimer @Dingo. How about we discuss this at the next Q school? Oh my bad, that would require you to show up for one….
Mosey to daycare (not the haunted one) parking lot. Uh oh, Pharaoh’s a little late arriving. Pax was penalized with some high knees and Stoli skips to start. As expected, Pharaoh caught up to us pretty quick. Finish mosey to daycare.

1) 14 is a good crowd on a really cold day. Thanks for joining me this morning, men. It would’ve sucked out there today with just a few people. Hopefully I was able to keep you moving and warm throughout.
2) It’s good to see you back in action @#1!
3) Very little mumble chatter today, that is until YHC pulled an @Blind Date during MARY. It was all downhill from there…
4) Great partnering with you @Major Pain. Strong work today, particularly during those partner pull ups and wheelbarrows!
5) TRADITION TWO YEAR ANNIVERSARY is coming up on March 3rd. A quality beatdown with some Tradition OG’s at the helm is being prepared. Plan to come celebrate with us both that morning and for a cookout at YHC’s house that evening!
6) Spring Mud Run is on 04/30/16. Start planning and training now. Let’s get a huge crowd and fill a couple of buses.
7) Sorry if I disappointed you with more running than expected @Pongo. Had to keep us warm. Not to mention, the cruises I’ve been on recently are helping. See you at The Valley tomorrow?

Nice one this morning. One thing…who was QIC? Which PAX showed? And today’s date is….
And shots fired @Dingo!!!
He does like to talk about Q-School…….Maybe one day he will get off his ass and lead one…..
If the Master IT Q would fix Word Press, The QIC and Pax would have appeared on the original BB posting. BB has been updated to include the information that was entered correctly the first time!
I do need to talk to @AP about that.
It appears that no one else has this problem……which would mean the problem lies within you Buckwheat…..
Good workout Buckwheat!
It was COLD!!! That was the worst its been for me so far. Did not enjoy that coldness one little bit.
Thanks for partnering up Jelly!
Thanks for getting jealous of our speed @Coyote
Did you wear gloves and if so would you have done it without gloves?
Great workout @Buckwheat given the elements. Definitely appreciated moving around until the frost bite wore off a little.
Thanks for partnering up @Pongo! Welcome back.
@Buckwheat great job this am, it didn’t take long for everyone to complain about exercises and not the cold!
You are getting faster also!
I fartsacked! Fartsacking problem here. See you tomorrow in the gloom at the Valley!
@Dingo- I’ll gladly assist w/ the next Q school. At least I know one of us will show! Can you read me Freed to Lead so I can learn the history of F3?
@Major Pain: Thanks, brother. I’m working hard to become a better runner for the first time in my life!
@Buckwheat, You want Dingo to read it to you and tuck you in?
Yes!
LOL He’s got plenty of practice. See you in the gloom, Buckwheat.
