7 men from Tradition and Highlands stood in the Rolling Stone Parking lot wondering where all the Stoners were??  We knew they didn’t meet at the upper school anymore and we were in the lower school parking lot.  But no sign of any stoners.  Being the F3 addicts were are, we knew that the stoners had been posting 15+ men consistently……..but it was 5:28 and there were absolutely no stoners in sight??  Then someone caught a glimpse of movement from the lower parking lot of the lower parking lot(Yeah, its that confusing) and we realized there we 15+ men wondering where the freakin Q was!!

So 21 men it was!

So now we are all together and “We are the world” was sung, we better do some sort of workout!  YHC is familiar with the other school, bust hasn’t Q’ed here since you guys changed schools.  So lets go take a look!

Mosey around to the left side of the school.  Circle up  on the grass – Wait!!  Is this Mecklenburg County?? – Circle up on the dirt

  1. SSH x 20
  2. IST x 12
  3. Munkey Humper x 15
  4. Cotton Picker x 15
  5. 5 x burpees

Mosey around to the other side of the school and partner up

  1. P.1 does peoples chair
  2. P.2 runs to end of sidewalk and does 20 squats
  3. Flapjack
  4. Repeato

Mosey to the front corner

  1. Jack Webbs – 1-10

Mosey to front of school

  1. P.1 runs around entire school
  2. P.2 Lunge walk
  3. Flapjack

Circle up in Parking lot

  1. Squerkin ladder 1-10
  2. 15 x lbc
  3. Squerkin ladder 10-1

Mosey back to corner of school

  1. Jack Webb 10-1
  2. Mary led by the foreigners
  3. Buckwheat had to do the windmill, so he could laugh at me 🙂

    @Jelly, thanks for the form correction on those lunges. I don’t want to injury these old hips. I shouldn’t called @Coyore out on his metro mericans but wanted those Squerkins to be over ASAP.

    @Sugar, it might be summertime in your mind, but it’s winter for real brother! Don’t know how you do it in those shorts. I can’t even post without gloves. 😉

      So not only do you not change your Lunge form when I say something, you change when @Jelly says something AND you thank him for it!!!????

      I was just following my partners lead on the Squerkins! Or maybe I was just watching highlands guys way too much!

    Great workout. It always amazes me how air presses become a difficult exercise.

    Based on the comments above, it looks like the Tradition pax (plus one Davis Laker) not only dominated the mumblechatter but also the backblast comments. I’m beginning to think that the Stoners meeting at the lower lower parking lot was intentional. Hope we get invited back.

    @Dingo – way to bring it this morning. I always enjoy your workouts and thanks for signing up to Q! We always enjoy visitors! Not sure we could have fit all the cars in the lower, lower lot anyway and besides you all parked alot closer than @Nanny!. Oh and keep up the good fight against proper windmill form there Don Quixote – makes for great entertainment!

    Thanks to all the visiting PAX for venturing our way. I really enjoyed the mumble chatter – that was a ton of fun! – Don’t be strangers!

    @The Farm – Why shorts? Brother when you got legs like these, it’s just wrong to cover them up!! (unless it’s below 25 deg.)
