YHC rolled up on site to find no one waiting on him. Maybe that’s because he rolled in a 0510. Gotta check that alarm clock thingy. Then the pax started rolling in. First flashdance, then Tough Skins, Swiss Miss and so on, till the appearance of Capri during his lap.

All Glory to God. Thanks again for allowing YHC to lead the PAX today. Always an honor. You too are freed to lead

AYE!

  1. Nice Q! That 2×4 thingy needs to be disassembled and used somewhere else as something less painful.

Not sure if I’ve mentioned this, but there’s a 5k/10k down in SC Saturday. I’m thinking about going. Anybody want to clown car? Just thought I’d throw that out there. Last time I’ll ask – promise. 🙂

    1. So, aren’t you running in it? Or are you running away from it?

      1. I’m running in it. Just wanted to take one last jab before tomorrow.

  2. I had the hardest time showering and dressing for work: couldn’t lift my arms. Thank goodness I can let them hang at my sides as I type. What a painful way to get back into the KB swing of things after a two-week break.
Oh, and that’s not a 50-yard distance. When carrying weight, all distance is doubled. Tripled if there is an incline. (special relativity – Google it if you doubt)

    1. Driving in to work this morning my shoulders started burning from all the OH & merkin work. I think most of us were groaning a bit more this morning post-workout.
Just glad to be a part of it.

      1. I agree with Swiss Miss. My arms sure are heavy today. Can’t figure out why.
