The pax were 5 strong this morning for a visit to the track.

The Thang:

Mosey to the track.

Run 1 lap at 5k pace, mosey 1 lap opposite direction

Run 2 laps at 10k pace, mosey 1 lap opposite direction

Same thing for 3 and 4 laps.

Mosey back to parking lot.

The Moleskin:

1. The Nanny does not like the track and I usually call an audible when he s there but today I had to stick with my game plan.

2. Before we started our track work, Pavarotti was thoroughly testing the level of cushion or lack there of in the track. He said Rolling Stone s track is way more soft.

3. Loved the fellowship. All five pax pushed each hard which made it that much better of a workout. Thanks guys!
