YHC rolled onto the site to find that Drop Thrill must have visited the Kuwaiti Dunkin Donuts and brought back Donut Hole and his 3 Munchkins.

THE MAIN THANG

Twin Pyramids
- Perform 5 exercises for 5 reps each
- Run to the other end of the bus lot
- Encore same 5 exercises for 5 reps each
- Run back to start
- Repeato using 10 reps, then 15 reps, 20 reps, ~~25 reps, 20 reps, 15 reps, 10 reps, 5 reps.~~
  - The 5 exercises are:
    - LBC
    - WW1 sit-ups
    - Merkin
    - Squat
    - Burpee

Burpees never look good on paper. Never. YHC forgot the wrong 5th exercise. Why did he have to remember the burpees? Furthermore, why did he have to plan for twin pyramids? Isn’t one enough? There is a lot to reconsider with this weinke, but the pax ~~never~~ once complained. It’s too bad we didn’t have enough time to cap it off and come back down the other side.

Great showing in the foggy, damp, warm December gloom. Always good to have 2.0s post. Always good to have a soldier back home with his family.
