Yesterday Buckwheat mentioned he may not be able to Q today due to having to take some bad asses off the street. Actual statement went like this “Maybe working. Waiting on am op plan from ATF”. The Farm was most confused, but Ive watched enough action movies to know that this translates to “Bad asses need butt’s kicked!”
He also mentioned that @RibShack may take the Q for him. This morning as we were standing in the gloom at 5:29am and no Buck”Q” in sight, I asked Ribshack if he had it and he gave me the most honest “Are you f#$!ing kidding me” look Id seen since since Blinddate found out he was having twins! So I asked the the pax who wants the Q? Crickets…..F@#!ing crickets….. Lol! All good! Just means I get to do what I want to do this morning! Can anyone say Burpee Challenge!!

- As I was fist pumping Major Pain, a massive Meteor flashed across the sky above his head! Very cool thing to see. Though Major says it happens a lot over his head…..
- We keep telling you, if you don’t want to do burpees in a workout, take the Q away from the idiots doing a 3000 burped challenge!
- Quiet morning at Tradition, not a lot of mumble chatter to report on.

I enjoyed it this morning. Really simple, but tough.
I just remembered that we are in the middle of the Geminid Meteor shower (http://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2015/12/13/459611582/keep-an-eye-on-the-skies-geminid-meteor-shower-peaks-tonight).
So I’m betting that bright light over Major’s head was a combination of the meteor shower and the typical bright lights over his head.

LOL, Dingo glad you were able to translate for The Farm yesterday. His job consists of sitting in cube land looking at spreadsheets, so I don’t blame him for not knowing what an op plan is. Glad someone else watches good movies! Thanks for picking up the Q.
For the record, I didn’t say Rib Shack might take the Q, I said I sent him a Twitter DM asking if he wanted to take the reins. He basically responded like the look he gave you…. Since he’s ready to Q but scared to commit, I told him I was going to sign him up if he fails to do so next month!
Sorry for the burpees, Pax. I was only planning on 50 being incorporated into my beatdown had I not #BuckedmyQ.

@Dingo, Great Q. Thanks for getting me to 100 Burpees and for getting us to 300 or 350 lunges – depending on who is doing the counting.
T-Claps for getting the #Burpees in. That challenge sucks out loud w/o the Pax. Might have to borrow this Q for Thursday at #GoldenStrip here in #SwampRabbit land.

Another great way to sneak in some Burpees that sucks is going with “Roxanne”. Play the song by Sting, every mention of Roxanne is a burpee. 26 Burpees in 3:15. Makes for some great Mary

Hey, I wasn’t at the beatdown either and my name was mentioned throughout the BB…. I’m sure that’s only because I was trying to be responsible and get Q coverage instead of leaving everybody hanging. You were the only one who responded with a confused text though.

Just reading this now. Nice Q @dingo picking up for @Buckwheat who apparently was called away to protect us all. I look forward to the speedster @ribshack’s upcoming Q.
