24 hard-chargers sallied forth this gloom as Skipper, Gump and Gnarly Goat formed a joint Q force to celebrate 4 years of F3.  The 4 year thang was something like this:

Goat Q:

Plank it out for muster, instruction and inspection.

Knock out 15 x Americans then double-time mosey over for a bona fide old school workout at Goat’s old school.

SSH x 25

Appollo Ohno x 10

Windmill x 15

IST x 15

15 x Americans

Mosey to other side of parking lot for 40 yd frog hops.  Repeato

Mosey to field for 100 yd partner wheel barrow.

Lunge walk back

15 x Americans

Skipper Assumes Q:

Double time mosey back to deck

Partner Up in Parking Deck

Tag team up each level with your partner.  P1 runs to top of level and back to tag out partner until both men reach top of that level.

Level 1 = Bear Crawl

Level 2 = Crawl Bear

Level 3 = Burpee Broad Jump

Level 4 = Inch Worm Mericans

Plank while you wait between levels and we also did Bobby Hurleys, Apollo Ohno, and Plank Jacks

Backwards run last level to finish off the deck

Gump Assumes Q:

Mary/Burpee Ladder.  Various Mary in cadence interrupted by an ascending burpee count up to about 7 burpees.

Ye Olde Moleskine:

  1.  Incognitians were out in force this morning, but 4-year veteran Q’s were undaunted.  The beatdown was still delivered in spite of non-stop Hamburglar type gibberish from the likes of Pierogi and Freepass’s hair.  The entire workout had the feel of cell block meets psych ward.
  2. @Scrappy’s pooch…. that nut didn’t fall far from the tree.  Just like his owner, he is high speed and on the move.  Aye.
  3. Jolly Roger appeared to be in full refuesnik mode during the circle merk, preferring a series of up and down dogs to the prescribed circle merk mania. Meanwhile, it took most of the pax a full 5 mins to figure out what was going on.  We’ve never been accused of being a very intelligent group.
  4. Where was the Charlotte Agenda guy?  We had a regular convention going on in the SBUX today.
  5. Many events over the holidays.  Keep up with happenings on all the comms channels, and all hands remember to register on the new F3Isotope.com site.
  6. Great morning for this Q crew of zoomies, jarheads and squids to celebrate our F3 4 year-aversary with some outstanding, unruly pax.   Here’s to many more years and Happy Thanksgiving to all!

    well done gents, no refusenik here, just pain from the broad jump burpees up a parking deck. I mean who does that!

    Ahoy! Always fun to visit my roots in the land of #Isotope. (old man voice)”Back when I first posted at F3, I’d have to drive over 10 miles to find the nearest AO.” Growth is great, but alas I miss regularly posting with @Gnarly Goat, @Perrier, and many other #OG.
