SOP WIB that consists of circumnavigating the School with stops to do the following:
– Peoples Chair by the dumpster for 50 air presses
– Spiderman Merkin down the stairs
– Dips x 20 at the ramp railing
– Step ups x 10 each leg at the first courtyard
– Decline Merkins x 10 at the next courtyard
– Burpees x 10 at the carpool area
– LBC x 50 at the map
Repeato until Mary time
Mosey to the Map for Mary
