5 men of The Precinct entered the gloom today to resume the fight against mediocrity and be better men. Brief welcome and let’s mo….no, wait! #6 enters into the mix. Do we know this guy? D6 does, so Jeffrey (soon-to-be-renamed “Thumper”) joins us. Perfect! I have a workout plan that involves our only 6 tires and now we have 6 men. So let’s mosey to the Cell Block for a little warm-up! First ex…no, wait! Iron Wolf decides to throw off my whole plan by becoming the 7th member of the Pax. He knows that in a certain Book, the number 7 denotes perfection, completeness. But in YHC’s book today, it throws off my plan and just makes you ODD! Oh well, we’ll just “roll with it” in the tire plan!

The Thang

• Grab a tire from the woods. It was here that we discovered some neighborhood vandals (or maybe it was the Wednesday FIA group) decided to have a little fun with our tires and cinder blocks. These guys need F3! Once we collected the tires from a little ways down the hill, we made our way back to the Cell Block.
• 4 corners with tire flips (or lunges) to each:
  • Corner 1: Front jump-throughs x10
  • Corner 2: Shoulder Shrugs x20
  • Corner 3: Side Jump-throughs x10
  • Corner 4: Bent-over Rows x20
  • Plank when done
• Mosey to the Gun Range for Pull-ups x20 and Swingset Merkins x20
• Mosey to Prisoner Check-in for Dips x20 OYO and then Dips x10 IC
• Mosey to GWW for Muscle-ups x20 and People’s Chair for 1:20
• Mosey down into The Farmlands for:
  • Diamond Merkins x10 at the bottom
  • Quadraphilia up halfway to the first street
  • Regular Merkins x15
  • Sprint up the rest of the way
  • Wide Merkins x20
  • Run back and finish with the six
• Mosey back to the Cell Block for some Mary and then restacking of the tires and cinder blocks!
