2 pax met in the misty gloom to scout a new Boondocks AO at Reedy Creek Elementary.  We are calling it District 7.

Warmup

• SSH x 15
• Windmill x15
• Mountain Climbers x10
• Merkins x10

Mosey around the right side of the building, past the kitchen, the modular classrooms, and the gym to the bus parking lot and playground.

The Thang

Found a maze of benches.

• Step Ups– 10 each leg

At the play ground

• Pull Ups 10 OYO
• Decline Merkin, increasing foot height after every two- 10 OYO
• Supine Pull Ups– 10 OYO

Explore second playground, then mosey across the bus parking lot and down the long bus road to Plaza Road.  Return mosey to back of school.

Mosey around left side of school to the front parking lot and attempt Human Slalom through the split rail fence. #tightfit

At parking lot, run the Snake over the parking lines with Defensive Slide from one set to another.

Mosey/Explore the woods next to the parking lot to find the nature trail.

Mosey/Explore around the modular classrooms.

1. @Poncho- Thanks for coming out with me for this first District 7 beatdown.  We just need to draw out the #sadclowns from the surrounding neighborhoods to make this AO a success.
2. Lots of opportunities at this AO, but also some work to be done.  With no decent hills on site, we’ll have to carve a safe route through the wooded lot to the neighboring church, which has some good hills.
3. Found a couple of service projects we could do too: provide nets for three basketball hoops and clear the nature trail of debris.
