10 stoners choose the red pill and headed into the groom following your humble correspondent. Bagheera’s new shoes gave him an unfair advantage on the end, but that might be the last time Schnitzel gets him a new pair…
It went a little something like this:
Mosey around the loading dock and back to the upper parking lot for the warm-up.

The circuit:
Split into 3 groups
- Station 1: cinderblock curls x 15, overhead press x 15
- Station 2: Retaining wall dips x 15, air-squats x 15
- Station 3: Decline merkins off green benches x 15, LBC’s x 15
Repeato x 3
Circle up. A little upward dog stretch for us desk warriors.
Indian run to the first bridge on the greenway.
- BTW shoulder press x 5
- Single leg dead lifts x 10
Repeato
Indian run back to parking lot.
- Sprints on upper lot x 4
Circle up for Mary
- Elbow plank x 45 seconds
- Homer to marge x 5
- Low dolly x 10
- X’s to O’s x 5
- Pretzel crunch x 10 with flapjack
- Freddy Mercury x 10
- Superman Banana x 7
Moleskin:
- It was a bit warmer then Tuesday this morning which was a pleasant surprise!

Looks like a good one, @LawDawg! Sorry I missed it but the old bones (or more-so the tendons) need to rest up for the Mudrun on Saturday. Also, I’ll b Qing at @Skywalker tomorrow morning to celebrate my 1yr F3 Bday and my actual Bday. If you’re not too sore from today come out for a Pharoah-style beatdown (a re-issue of my first post)!

I assume the young one had a little extra speed at the end. I have a feeling those shoes won’t help him when schnitzel returns with the army pt test. See you next week in the gloom!
Yes, the young guy can impress with the stamina of youth, but I gotta point out Sparknut still sporting the weight vest. Doing this stuff with an extra ?25? lbs- now that’s impressive.
Technically, I’ve put on a 55 lb weight vest since I was @Bagheera’s age!
Marie, thanks for the props, but I just know I can’t keep up with you and Bagheera, so the vest gives me an excuse.
Bags will be sporting army boots for the PFT! I thought Sparknut’s outer garment was a bullet proof vest, in case our cadence got too loud for Jerry.
