• 8 to 2 ladder Burpees at top, merkins at bottom

Depending on time

• Burped Brood jumps in parking lot
• Groups of 4 or 5 by speed, run to Marry

Moleskin

• For the new guys, this was a standard 4 corner beatdown.  AKA a no prop beatbeat down
• TClaps to @IronHide for posting on a Scooter with a broken wheel. we still need to see the x-rays or pictures of that foot for our own experts to diagnose the “break”
• TClaps to the new guys for coming out in the cold, I believe you found out that you do warm up quickly when there is little standing around
