7 of the Precincts faithful regulars and one new FNG gathered together for a Tuesday beatdown on a beautiful Fall morning. (Except for the 5 minute light rain right before we started)
Here is how the virgin Q went down:
Warm up circle at the shovel flag:
– Cotton Pickers X20
– Side “Saddle” Hops X20
– Mountain Climbers X20
Mossy to prison cell
– arm circles while jogging
– high knees while jogging
– butt kick while jogging
“Don’t stop”
– side shuffles down the long side of the courts
– volleyball blocks down the ends of the courts

Pick up Cinder Blocks
Tabata drill (5 cycles each of 20 second on 10 seconds rest)
– Curls
– Overhead Press
– Curls
– Squats
Mossy to Prison Yard
Tabata drill (5 cycles each of 20 second on 10 seconds rest)
– Mericans
– WW2 Sit-ups
– Carolina dry docks
– Little Baby Crunches
- Sprint to the hill and back (5 cycles)
Mossy back to the Shovel Flag for some Mary:
– Little Baby Crunch X20
– Pretzel Crunch X19
– Low Flutter X20
– Crunchy Frog X20 (thanks to Man Down)

Great VQ Field of Dreams! You were a little shaky with the Side SADDLE Hop cadence, but you recovered quickly even in the midst of a little mumble chatter and pressed on into a tough workout!
