Moleskin:

Good workout today.  Tried something a little different.  Neck and Calves are easy to overlook in our training and most of us can use more flexibility in our lives.  Hope you enjoyed it.

Heard two answers to the planet question this morning.  Mars and Jupiter.  Looked online real fast and it appears it was Venue.  Next few days you will see different planets.  Check it out.

And the award for least flexible man in Highlands goes to…… @Hammer!

I enjoyed the change of pace this morning @Charmin, I definitely needed that stretching session. There was much mumblechatter about when the call would be made for 100 burpees. I don’t think anyone was was disappointed when that didn’t happen.

@Grinder – The 10 burpee challenge will rear it’s ugly head again at some point. Give you something to look forward to.

@Glock, that sounds more premeditated than impromptu… Either way, I don’t like where this is going.
