“It is life, I think, to watch the water. A man can learn so many things.”
― Nicholas Sparks, The Notebook

Taunt Rev Run with 10 burpees in the middle of the street in front of his house.
Run away from the scene of the crime, stopping to perform diamonds and wide-arm merkins along the way.
Head over to the shopping center parking lot adjacent to HGBC. Do some dips and jump-ups and then book-it out of there.
Run back to HGBC for a bit o’ Mary, then bear crawling, then B2W for 60 seconds, then lungs, then Mary and then done.
Moleskine:
- We miss Rev Run, but glad he lives close enough for us to “vandalize” his property.
- Good to leave the HGBC nest for a bit …exhilarating! daring! risky!
- “It is said by the Eldar that in water there lives yet the echo of the Music of the Ainur more than in any substance that is in this Earth; and many of the Children of Ilúvatar hearken still unsated to the voices of the Sea, and yet know not for what they listen.”
― J.R.R. Tolkien, The Silmarillion
