When we’re tired, we push harder!!

This morning, YHC was tired and sore from previous workouts and cruises throughout the week but wanted to come up with a workout for the Pax that was challenging and simple. It went like this:

Mosey around clubhouse and pool

SSH X20 IC

IST X20 IC

Plank Jacks X20 IC (Goose loves these apparently)

Plank Walks (go right for three parking spots and back then FLAPJACK)

YHC looked around at the other 4 men naming us the “Fab 5” referencing the Michigan basketball team from the 90’s and decided to get a team effort for the following exercises:

100 WWII situps (2 men ran around the clubhouse and pool while 3 guys completed in cadence)

200 pushups (2 men ran around the clubhouse and pool while 3 guys completed in cadence)

300 air squats (2 men ran around the clubhouse and pool while 3 guys completed in cadence)

(Because I love basketball and want to get in shape to play in a league; we ran sprints)

1 Proset (run the distance from one place to the next and back counts as 1… going to 5)

Lunge walk (down and back; same length as proset run)

We then laid on our backs to start:

Diamonds X5 IC

Mary

Low country crab X12

LBC X15

People choice options:

1. Crunchy frog led by Goose X15 IC

2. Homer to Marge medley with Rosalita at the top; IC (@Raptor would’ve been proud!)

Prayer requests for children in the class of Goose’s M who were effected by the shooting last weekend of the 7 year old.

    Great Q @TripleThreat. I tried to not give you too hard of a time but couldn’t resist a few times.

    300air squats IC = 600 air squats! The pax tried to revolt by saying 150 squats IC = 300 in total but @TripleThreat was not having it!

    You even managed to quiet down @Goose briefly.
