Jail House Rock

8 Brave stumbled and stretched their way out of the Fartsack this morning Upon what we call the Jail House Rock. Sounds exciting, is exciting, but sucks during it! Here’s the deal  and how we Roll with it…

The Thang;                                                                                                                                              Run 0.5ish of a mile down The Farmlands and back up to the Prison Yard;  begin…                                          5 Station loops as Follows:

  1. 4 Burpees + 20 CDD’s
  2. 4 Burpees + 20 Monkey Humpers
  3. 4 Burpees + 40 Freddy Mercurys
  4. 4 Burpees + Bear Crawl 40 yards where the green grass grows
  5. 4 Burpees + 20 Muscle Ups
  6. Rinse and Repeat Loops for 30 mins until 6:00am 
  • Man Down        4.0
  • Hot Wheels       3.2
  • Prison Fruit       3.2
  • Urlacher            3.2 LIFO
  • Closer                3.0
  • FieldofDreams   2.4
  • Trail Mix             2.3
  • No-H                  2.3 (welcome back brother!)

    If you made us actually run that damn hill multiple times, then this would be really tough.

      True dat! It would be Really Really Really tough…just depends on how many times you go down as to the “Reallys”. I considered the Fellowship run back down there instead of to Prosperity. I for one think, Jail House Rock is tougher than Old Glory! That the only comparison I think Necessary. Not that I was going for that(making it harder), just similar in style and station stops.

        We can respectfully disagree on if jailhouse rock is harder than old glory. I think the opposite because of the amount of running involved in old glory. Jailhouse rock is a tough workout and a good workout, but I think that old glory is harder.

        I think that if one has to “tell” people his workout is harder, then maybe he should reconsider his own opinion.
