- Incline Merkins
- Donkey Kicks

Now, where is that tennis court?
Sprint to each corner for:
- Merkins
- Air Squats
- LBC
- Reverse Crunches
Start with 5 each at each corner. Each time around add 5 (10 of each at each corner, 15, etc.) This was the #strugglebus right here folks.

@DropThrill, those parks are no joke. They will put a beatdown on you for sure.
Thankfully my back is feeling better. I can walk now without too much discomfort. A month ago I could barely hobble around Carowinds.
