Soggy beatdown

15 men came together at Tradition for a very soggy beatdown led by YHC. There was some conversation between Major Pain and Dingo about puddles. I never quite figured out what they were talking about, but that happens often.

Warm-Up
– Mosey around church
– SSH x 15
– Cotton Pickers x 15

The Thang
Mosey to Outback for 3 exercises
– burpee broad jump x 10
– freddy mercury x 20
– cross body mountain climbers x 30
– repeat for 3 total rounds

Partner up
– One partner runs short loop, other partner does exercise, as a team complete the following:
– 50 pullups
– 100 merkins
– 150 WWII situps

Stay in partners for next set of exercises
– 100 curls
– 100 dips

One more round of burpee broad jumps, freddy mercuries, and cross body mountain climbers

Mosey back to parking lot for some Mary

Soggy Moleskin
– Nice push by everyone this morning. It was a really soggy morning. I realized about half way through that we could have done most of this workout in the parking lot, but how would that be fun.

    Nice beatdown Jelly. There really are lots of times when you look at us confused trying to figure out what we are talking about! You will understand why you reach the varsity level 😉
