Old Glory on Thursday
Hope everyone enjoyed it and thought it was challenging. Thank you for the opportunity to lead. Not a lot of #mumblechatter out there so I think it’s fair to assume that the workout wasn’t a cake walk.

Sound off below. Great push by all!
Good Q @BlindDate!
Tclaps to @Heartbreaker who was burning it up over at the Daycare & @TripleThreat on that last circuit there……#sandbagger
Sorry I missed your Q @Blinddate. I have the traveling bug lately and paid our Harrisburg brothers a visit.
Nice work @Blinddate. You kept us moving the entire time, which helped keep the mumblechatter down. I tried at times, but had no takers.
Good partnering up @Belding.
Yes – solid Q – Blind date. You gave us a nice tour of all the venues north of stonebridge – warm-ups in the parking lot, pull-up bars, derkins at the fence, haunted day care, the wall, indian runs – Nice mix. Nice job!
