  1. @ManDown – great push on the opening run this morning – I never would have kept that pace without you!

    1. Right back atchya Pharaoh!

  2. @grizzly – 7.20 pace on that first mile! Let’s get sub 7 next month!

Big thanks to the cadence group! Made it slightly easier 😉

    1. Yeah you guys keep running fast so I can keep chasing you. I need it!

    2. @Grizzly & @Dingo – Nice job on the run! Sorry I was late or I could’ve run with you, I may not have been to Tradition lately but I haven’t lost any speed.

      1. Yeah! You were flying down Prosperity! I could pick that gait of yours out a mile away!!

    3. Let’s do it! After the HEC, hopefully i’ll be a little lighter on my feet.

  3. Sound wave was there! Great Murphing with you guys this morning. I agree the counting must’ve been off or our group was too slow with the reps. Enjoyed the 2nd F with @Pharaoh, @Soundwave…and I guess it was ok with @Coyote.

    1. I got Soundwave. For an accountant your not very observant….. 🙂

      1. Hey some of us are working!

  4. @Dingo- Put me down. I was with in?famous 2nd group. We didn’t socialize quite as much as 1st group did, maybe that was it. Oh, & we finished strong….#nofade!

    1. Your in Rib Shack! Sorry bro. I had my back to that group most of the morning

  5. Great working out with you guys this morning, it was nice to be back at Tradition after a long hiatus. Contrary to popular belief I’m not an FNG, between Davis Lake, vacation and a new job I’ll admit it’s been a while since I’ve been there. After the mumble chatter I’m reconsidering that decision…

    1. I like how you briefly silenced the mumblechatter when you said, “I ran a sub 7 mile.”

    2. @Chicken Strip – I was just busting your chops since i hadn’t seen you in a while. Good to see you out at Tradition this morning. Also it sounds like @Dingo and I need to be chasing you to get that sub 7 mile.

      1. Ya, I realized later it had been a while, I missed the last murph which was the last time I was at Tradition so 2 months!

And I wasn’t the fastest out there: *looks at* @Mr. Belding, @Mand Down, @Pharaoh. Those guys were flying, Belding almost caught me on the last mile and I had a couple minute headstart (I was part of the infamous 2nd group of suspect rep counters)

        1. HEY!!!!! GG and I beat mr Belding on the first Mile!!

GG – that means we were really flying!!! 😉

        2. No you guys counted fine! It was WHAT you were counting and what constituted a “rep” that was suspect!

          1. See what happens when we let experts join?

  6. Great turnout today! I love/hate The Murph every month!

  7. Looks like a good turnout this morning. I was stuck at home doing a KB workout. I always enjoy the murph too. However, it looks like I would have gotten whipped on the running, so I’m glad I didn’t show.

  8. Somewhere out there @Urlacher is reading this backblast and thinking, “7:20 mile is not THAT fast.” And @Chicken Strip probably showed up late because he wanted to finish the mile around the same time as the rest of us.
