The Murph is always a great way to start your week It was good to see a few first timers, including some brothers from @Skywalker.
@Nanny is back from vacation in Colorado and came out of the gate smoking! Training in Altitude gave him a extra gear on that first mile.
@sparkplug great push this AM. #Strong.
@Thorn Strong work and thank you for volunteering to drive the brothers @ BRR.
@Winnebago. Went bareback from the start! Nothing but business for you this AM. Thanks for sharing your experience from your latest GoRuck over the weekend. 95LB dumbell?!!!! Insane!
Make it a great week men!

@Google Thanks for Qing for us this morning. As I said this morning, that was the best, most thorough explanation of what the Murph is that I have ever heard. Well done. And first to finish I believe…
@Sparknut You killed that thing, man! Not sure what you have been doing lately, but it is working. Dang.
T-claps to all my other brothers who made it out this morning. If you had not been there I would have quit that thing at about set 5. The magic of F3.
Never under estimate the Murph. It got me good today. Great job by all, getting through that is a good morning’s work. Never got a good rythem going it was just an overall Slog. @Nanny the BRR training has made the fast faster. I thought at the outset I might hang with you but I deceived myself. I am not there and likely never will be.
