  • Burpkins at each corner of the track (2/4/6/8/10/12/14/16). 2 circuits. Go.

At each corner of the track:

  • 2 Circuits

Line up at the bench at mid-field.

  • Run to the next bench (around the field to the other side of the field)
  • 25 Dips
  • 2 Circuits
