There comes a time in every Q’s life when he needs to lead without a plan. My time was today!  (Thx BRR team!) 17 Stoners showed up in the muggy gloom for an unplanned beatdown at the newly re-located Rolling Stone AO.  Best I can remember it went like this:

Warm up:  SSH x 15, Mtn Climber x 15, Cotton Pickers x 15, Wind mills x 15, Merkins x 10

Miniature Horseshoe (run loop in front of school)

5 burpees

Run

5 burpees, 10 Merkins

Run

5 burpees, 10 Merkins, 15 squats

Run

10 Merkins, 15 squats

Run

15 squats

Plank it up for Katlins x 10 ea leg and Peter Parkers x10

Mosey to ball field (locked gate – Bummer)

Mosey to ball courts for:

People’s Chair/Balls to the Wall combo with something in between x 2

Partner Wheel Barrows across court and back x 3

Suicides on the wet ball court x 2 with SSHs in between

Alabama Ass Kickers x 10 ea leg (thought they’d be harder)

4 line suicides

Mosey to front of school for  Mary

LBCs, Daniel Sans (terrible exercise, this should not have been invented), Homer to Marge, Low Dolly,, Low Flutter, Dying Cockroach – thx Pox, Crunchy Frog.

As always, thanks for following my lead and thanks for playing the Mumble Chatter vs breathing game with me!  Seriously, what we have here gentlemen is like nothing else.  It’s awesome and unexplainable and has been a great support system for me.  The highlight of my day and I feel fortunate and thankful just to be a part of it!
