3 men threw off the holiday far sack to go far a run and start this day off right!

Right out of Church, left on to Fairlea Dr, down to greenway.  Take greenway down to the MC Elementary school exit, left onto MC Rd, Left onto Prosperity Church, back to Church

My GPD watch has been resting since March, so there was a whole lot of confusion about how far we ran.  My GPS watch had us at 5.3, but if that was the case we were running a sub 8min pace.  When I got back and downloaded the data, it proved to be very confused!  Watch is due for a calibration…..

In the end we cover 4.4 miles at 9min pace

Thanks for coming out Mountaineer and Cinderblock!  I wasn’t feeling it this morning, but you guys gave me the push to keep going!  #ISI
