At least change the exercise……

Standing in the Precinct parking lot this morning with a breeze blowing through my hair, I couldn’t think of any place I’d rather be! Though….my bed is another good option 😉

I passed Man Down and his buddy ArchType(sp) running towards the Precinct, they were about 200 yards away, but it took them about 10 minutes to arrive?? Lost in the hood?? The result of this was me standing in the gloom all alone, wondering if I should run up to Tradition for FJ’s beatdown. But about 3 minutes before the bang, the Precinct guys rolled in 12 strong!!

After checking the “exact” time on Trail Mix’s watch, we got to business.

Great upper/lower body combination work out Dingo!
Pax, please consider coming to Archetype’s “Dessert with a Vision” gathering THIS SUNDAY, June 28th from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. Here’s the link and below is a little more explanation – http://www.evite.com/event/037FGOV5ZGKMEIOROEPFCPIU6SJIMM?gid=022AUEATMB6GSUQBOEPFCPJHGFCHMM&utm_campaign=invitation_image&utm_medium=email&utm_source=GUEST_INVITE_EVENT.

I know how precious your time is and “yet another thing” may feel like too much right now – especially one that has “fundraising” (Eek!) as one of its goals! But can I share with you one of the main reasons why I really hope you will come to this event?

Simply put, Neal Gooch (“Archetype”) is one of my greatest living heroes. And no, he didn’t pay me to say that (at least not much)! He was my boss for 8 years, but more importantly he was a pivotal mentor to me during a time when I was still fairly young in the faith. It was his leadership that led to the event where Melanie and I first met, and 9 months later he delivered the sermon at our wedding. We named our firstborn (and only-born) son after him (Neal’s middle name is Reuben). So when we say that we vouch for this guy, we REALLY mean it! He labors for the Kingdom tirelessly, operates with utmost integrity, leads his family faithfully, and loves the Lord passionately. I believe he is a man with a Kingdom-sized vision that is worth hearing about and maybe even investing in if you are so led (http://www.antiochinitiative.co/).

Sorry for the long comment. Hope to see you there!

Thanks PF. And sorry closer……..I was just trying to make you a little stronger than the rest 😉

  3. Trail Mix

Yeah, @Closer definitely gets the spirit award for the indian run – he carried the extra weight on the front end and back end of that.
Good beat down @Dingo. I’m not doing the math on the number of merkins, but it was a lot…

  4. Trail Mix

And, nice work by the Pfeiffer boys – always cool to see a father & son out there together
