On the second day of summer in the year two thousand and fifteen, 23 men looking for fellowship and beach bods descended on the Tradition.

An extra long warm up for @Buckwheat that went something like this:

Shoulder Stretches

SSH x 20 IC

Cotton Pickers x 10 IC

After little fore-play (@Man Down- More Prayers Needed) we moved onto the purple chalk:

6 exercises followed with our Kettle Bells:

  1. Clean + Press + Lunge
  2. Over head pull overs on six
  3. Sumo Squats
  4. Standing Tricep Extensions
  5. Lawn mower pulls
  6. Curls
  7. Sprint to Outback for Pull Ups/ Chin Ups

First set was comprised of 20 Reps (1. & 5. were 10 each arm). Each set decreased by 2 reps.

Mole Skins: a lot on chatter about Julian Michaels? @Dingo & @Buckwheat were chatting it up like a couple of school girls. I think I even saw them passing a note or two.

    Agreed @TheFarm. Clean and Press/Lunges combined were awful(ly) good this morning. Especially starting at 20 and going down to 18, 16, etc.

    The @Dutch talk this morning was ruthless – guess payback will be tomorrow at his 1 year beatdown!

      Yeah I kept thinking that about @Dutch. He was quiet most of the workout. He gave me a little preview of what might happen and you guys won’t like it. I’ll be at Davis Lake!

    Great kettle beatdown Urlacher (aka White Shadow). Those were some “sweaty bells” towards the end of the workout. The turnout was great. Definitely makes crawling out of bed on a Monday morning worth it when there are 22 of your brothers ready to tackle the workout with you.

    I guess I should be preparing myself for Dutch’s one year workout tomorrow. I’m expecting Dutch’s quote “Hey guys! My wife says I’m less flabby” to make its way in there somehow. Looking forward to it.

    Nice one this morning everyone. I’m just glad we didn’t have to really read what Urlacher put on the ground. Thanks for the push @coyote and @gentle grizzly. It was tough keeping up with you guys.

    Great beatdown @urlacher. Thanks! Jillian Michael is a woman’s fitness trainer – she was on tv as the trainer for the reality tv show “The Biggest Loser” where previously obese contestants with related health problems would lose 100+ pounds following her intense eating and exercise regimin and positive thinking to drastically better their lives physically and mentally. Apparently @dutch has researched her exercises as he is known to introduce new exercises to the PAX by prefacing the exercise as “I learned this exercise from Jillian Michael!” We are thus able to exercise muscles we may not have even known we had and in new positions! Thanks @Dutch!

    Great beatdown @Urlacher. I don’t know what’ has gotten into me recently w/ all the mumble chatter, particularly during the last two KB beatdowns.?.?.? The common denominator seems to be @Dingo. Stop being a negative influence on me, dude. For the record, no secret notes were passed and we actually made it through the set of 10, doing all the reps.

    @Dutch – Looking forward to your pax revenge beatdown tomorrow for all the sh&$ we have given you the past two KB workouts. Sounds like it will be fun!

    @Coyote- Did you do all sets w/ that 10 lber? You were Rollin, brother! It was priceless when you returned from the outback and took @Jellys KB…
