A solid 18 of Meca’s finest rolled out of the fart sack and made the decision to get stronger.  After YHC was briefed on the local noise ordinance, we were off.  It went something like this:

  1. I enjoyed it men, keep posting, keep getting better.

    1. @Grinder, can’t say thank you enough for stepping up and coming over to Rolling Stone. After that beatdown, I’m not sure I want you coming back, but the truth is that it’s always great to have someone in crazy shape lead the workout because everyone works harder.

      1. The pleasure was all mine today. Crazy shape, I am not. I struggle and hurt just like everybody else. That’s what keeps us coming back for more.

    2. Great Q Grinder. Very nice beatdown. You are Welcome anytime. Thanks for coming up! Welcome to @Gungho and @Meat! Great to meet you @S&R and @Iguana

  2. Solid workout @Grinder. Work the entire time with little rest in-between. Some workouts attempt to mix in a ton of different exercises but I think what you did today is best. Keep it simple, never stop moving, and repeat a series of all-body exercises and cardio until it beats the crap out of you. Well done.

Welcome @Gung Ho and @Meat! T-claps to @Sub Zero for bringing out an FNG on what was your 4th workout.

Great to see @Mattress King back out so that can humble us even with a broken toe.

    1. Thanks @Kato. I’ve only done this workout one other time. I started off thinking it would be a piece of cake and by the end I was smoked. Hopefully everyone got a good workout in to start their day.

  3. Nice workout @Grinder! Always enjoy a Q from another AO and nice to see other PAX as well. Hated the Bear Crawl/Crab walk but I think they are getting easier for me. (Still hate’em).

Welcome to @Meat and @Gung Ho, looking forward to seeing you guys on the regular (and on the Cruise on Wednesdays, if you happen to like running).

Nice to see you again @S&R – under cleaner circumstances!

And of course, welcome back @Matress King! You really ‘Toe’d’ the line this morning!
