Mosey to Bus Lot for Hands of Time (Girardi™)

• 12 and 6 – 10 burpees
• 1 through 5 – 10 merkins
• 7 through 11 – 10 jump squats
• Plank until everyone makes it around the clock

Mosey to Shelley Ave guardrail

• Dips x 15 (IC)
• 20 step ups (OYO)
• Derkins x 10 (IC)

Indian Run up Shelley – 5 burpees OYO – Indian Run Back down

Back to Bus lot for next 12 hours of Hands of Time

• 12 and 6 – 10 burpees
• 1 through 5 – 10 Dry Docks
• 7 through 11 – 10 Lunges (5 per leg)
• Plank until pax finishes
• Line up at 12 o’clock and burpee broad jump to 6 o’clock

1. T-claps around for all those who made it out this morning.  At 0525 I thought we’d have a small crew, we launched at 0530 and it seemed like our pax doubled in size by 0533.
2. Great to see @ColonelMustard back with us.  Missed you brother and we’re still praying for you and your family.

5. For those who came flying in after we launched, you missed lots of interesting #stretching #gumbywork from @Gump.  He said it would get awkward (already was), but he never did ask for #assistance.  I think @Sir Mix-a-lot and @BlackSheep were a bit saddened… #singletear
6. Also, there was some discussion as to whether we were lined up parallel or perpendicular to the clock… then someone came in with “tangent to 12 o’clock”.  Too much thinking for YHC…
