Wander to upper lot. Partner up.
Man A runs down to end of parking lot and back, while Man B starts Merkins.
Switch off, keeping count, until pair gets to 100. Then switch to squats, to 100, then LBCs, to 100.
Repeato. Repeato.
End with circle of pain, until Pax showed anarchical tendencies.
Mosey back for Mary, slow cadence to start:

- Spoonful of Sugar – Low Dolly x 15

- Always a pleasure to work out with you guys. I forgot the VT, sounded like most pairs were in the 3rd set, but maybe some got to 4. Sound off.
- Everybody worked hard today, pushing through what can be a little monotonous, little like life sometimes, but you all got through it. Snakepit, way to keep going, and you’ll get stronger, no worries.

Nice workout @Schnitzel. Hated to miss. I had an early work commitment and couldn’t make. Good to see Jackie Moon back on the PAX list after the “accident”.
Sorry to miss the beatdown. Looks like a good one schnitzel. I even HC with Jackie moon running by last night. Work up with cold sweats and had to call into work. I plan to be there Thursday!

Great workout @Schnitzel. (Although now my feets muscles are sore again cause of the line hops). I didn’t notice the monotony, I was too busy trying to breathe!
