- Partner 1 does Squats while partner 2 runs up steps and bear crawls down to partner, switch and repeato until 150 Squats completed

- Partner 1 does Merkins while partner 2 runs steps and backward lunges down to partner, switch and repeato until 200 Merkins completed
- Partner 1, does LBC while partner runs steps and crawl bears down to partner, switch and repeato until 250 LBC completed

The Moleskin:
- Good numbers, great work and impressive chatter with the virtual chatter trophy shared by Chopper and Titanium – I’m sure that is not surprising
- The PAX loved the derkins with no recover right into the negative derkins, so future Q’s should keep that in mind
- Another not surprising moment of the morning – Google found a way to add a bun shaper
- On a related note – Chopper was uncomfortable with the thought of drawing the attention of a large group of males to the sculpting of his gluteus maximus as we are not that kind of men’s group
- El Guapo had a “plethora of platelets” on display at the BOM (for PAX in your 20’s who don’t get the reference and didn’t discern he was bleeding I suggest you take a couple of hours to donate some platelets at the Red Cross and ask to watch the Three Amigos movie while you wait since the only way some of you would have gone to the theater back in 1986 was in utero, hate hate)

Great beatdown today Alcatraz. I found a worm in my rain soaked shoe. He was like – why are you doing this before the sun comes up? I said it was because I was emotionally head locked. He squirmed away with a look of confusion on his non-face.

I’ve been wanting to attend a #Highland bootcamp since I EHed @Parliament and @ElGuapo two weeks ago. Today was the first day I was in town to meet up with them, but when I awoke to rain and colder than expected temps I thought they might not post (mostly because I almost hit the snooze)? Boy was I wrong, those two haven’t missed a Tues, Thurs, Sat since they started! #Ahoy!
Who knew that the rain brought out the #Respect crowd? With >25% of the pax being 50 or over today I might even go so far as to say there were a plethora of #Respects. #30somethingfartsackers
