This morning 10 of Harrisburg’s best looking men circled up this morning at the park. We quickly realized that we had no designated Q on tap so we did what good men do, we contemplated calling it quits 😉 We started running and we figured it out. Can’t wait to hear mud run stories and good luck to all those who are going to Spartan it up tomorrow. It was great because each member of the PAX at some point at least led one exercise.
Warm-Up: 25x SSH, 15x IST, 15x Windmill, 20x Kidn’Play Merkins
The Thang: Mosey, 100yds of Over/Unders at the fence, Backward Merkins up the stairs, Lunges down the ramp, Front Merkins up the stairs, Lunges down the ramp, 75yds low crawl through the tunnel of love, Mosey, Backwards Mosey, Members of the Pax randomly chosen to lead an exercise, Big Bird took it to the field for 20yd sprints with ladder Burpees 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 burpees, Circled up in the middle of the field, Duck Duck White Bronco, 10x’s of random exercises, Repeato, Mosey, Shimmey Across the Goal Post, Climb to Top of Goals and down, Mosey to the bottom of the hill near the gross muddy pond, Jack Webbs to 9/18, Hustle to the top of the Hill, Step Ups 10x each leg, Incline Merkins, Decline Merkins, 5 Laps up the hill to the tables and back to the shelter.
Mary: Each member of the PAX led an exercise. We went a little Sundial since we ended at little late.
Moleskin: We may not have come in with a QIC but after seeing the strong men take lead at a moments notice and lead the exercises was proof enough to me that there are quite a few QIC’s that need to come out of the closet and lead their own workout.
Share the stories of the Mud Run and Spartan Sprint!
Nice job men!!! Warms my heart to see you pushed through on the fly!
Great to hear everyone got a chance to Q something! Sounds like a good one.
BTW- You guys might want to check your email once in a while.
