The Moleskin:

1. Thanks for joining in this morning’s fun. T-claps to Starfish from the WS pax with the blimp recommendation. Piggy backed that into Dumbocrats from Fishwrap’s El Dorado workout a few weeks back. Felt it was necessary more of the Highlands pax endured the pain from those workouts.
2. When Gump, Chopper, and Chowder can mumblechatter during an exercise, like they did during the first blimp, it means we’re not going hard enough. Hence the 2nd blimp, in which I heard no one. Except a few “I hate you, Stoli”, which is the highest compliment.
3. Will Electrolux be a corporate sponsor on the next F3 Highlands shirts? Google, great work on the EH’ing.
4. @TheNanny time? @Stoli time was 6 minutes early.

    Great lead @stolie, I had to tone it down as I had to stop the running, felt it is just wrong to mubble chatter during somthing that I was not doing..

    Great numbers and glad to see some faces out in the Gloom again.

    @ Stoli – Great workout as always. Amazing how the difficulty increases when you have a set of legs on your back while doing merkins. I will feel it today.
