Mosey to far Deck with brick held with 2 hands and relaxed elbows

Pair up once all arrived

One goes up Stairway to Heaven SINGLE STEP AT A TIME WITH BRICK

Other Pax goes up Mine Shaft 2 STEPS AT A TIME WITH BRICK

Meet at top in MIDDLE of upper deck

PERFORM 10 Dumbocrats

RUN BACK DOWN RESPECTIVE SHAFTS

CROSS IN MIDDLE at bottom and flip stairwells

RINSE AND REPEAT UNTIL DEAD OR TIME EXPIRES

MOSEY BACK TO START with brick

This is the almost the same flow oft SS Minnows workout 2 weeks ago but with added brick that you must carry with both hands held in front with brick just above belly button with flexed elbows (THIS WILL ENGAGE EVERY MUSCLE IN YOUR CORE and SHOULDERS) AND single step ascent only on Stairway to HEAVEN.  Dumbocrats are an addition to shred your PECTS.  You will get anaerobic quickly so find a rhythm in this grinder to survive.

    @Indy…wow, that is another level of intense!…no team will run away with this one….lots of equalizers….sorry I am going to have to miss it….I strained a glute muscle trying to keep up at Acceleration on Friday…need that glute muscle to heal in time for DKK’s return on April 11…

    What’s a dumbocrat? What’s a brick? I’m confused. I think we should un-chowderize this madness and just do Minnow’s workout again.
