– Mosey to haunted daycare
– 10 to 1 ladder (merkins to WWII situps)

– Mosey to outback
– Bear crawl to pullup station
– 10 pullups and 10 dips
– Bear crawl back to road
– Repeat 2 additional times

– Indian run around church
– Sprints in parking lot

– Always a pleasure to lead the PAX. It sounded like people enjoyed the beatdown this morning. I just made it up as we went along.
