Pre-Thanksgiving Fun In The Rain

Five hardy souls withstood the wicked siren song of the fartsack to come for a rainy 44 degree workout.

WARM-UP:

  • High Knees
  • Butt Kickers
  • Soldier Walk
  • Skip Jumps
  • 30 SSH (IC)
  • 30 Storm Troopers (IC)
  • Arm Circles
  • 5 Walk Outs
  • Mosey to Carolina Court

THE THANG:

Gather at steps at Carolina Court.  5 merkins at bottom, run up hitting every step, 5 jump squats at top, run around to bottom and repeat.  8 repeatos alternating hitting every step with hitting every other step.

Mosey to mini-track at Coltrane-Webb

Start ladder with 10 squats and 2 merkins, run 3 laps (1 easy, 1 hard, 1 easy), 8 squats and 4 merkins, run 3 laps, etc.

MARY:

  • 30 LBCs (IC)
  • Plank activities for approximately 2 minutes
  • 30 Reverse crunches
