The Thang:

Mosey, skip M.S. parking lot to COP.

COP: SSH x 20, 5 hand-release merkins, imperial storm trooper x 15, 5 hand-release merkins, peter parker x 15, 5 hand-release merkins, parker peter x 15, 5 hand-release merkins

Mosey to small hill for Jacob’s Ladder: 7 – 1, burpees at the top, squat jumps at the the bottom.

Mosey to middle school wall for balls to the wall walk as far as you can go on the wall.

Jailhouse merkins – 1-10

Mosey to bus lot, Jailhouse merkins 10-1

Partner up: partner 1 plank walk from sidewalk to first cone, broad jump to second cone, plank walk facing the opposite direction to the other sidewalk, 10 jump lunges, repeato back to start line to relieve Partner 2 who repeated cycling 5 pullups, 10 merkins, 15 LBCs. AMRAP for 10 minutes.

3 rounds of cone drills/sprints.

Mosey to car lot for MARY.

The Moleskin:

1. I’ve been apart of F3 Highlands for 2.5 years and it never gets old. Great brothers who’ve been here for years and who have been here for a few workouts. Appreciate the effort this morning and a privilege to work out with each of you.

2. T-claps to those who made it across the entire wall. I saw Bootstrap and Derby finish it and I know there were a few others. Great work.

3. Jailhouse merkins are an old time personal favorite. Someone taught me those in high school (I was never in prison fyi) and delighted to share with you all.

4. Welcome FNG, I apologize I missed your name. Congrats Conchito. Great naming there Google. You really thought that out.
