Eleven Pax, including one FNG, entered The Precinct for some fitness in the gloom, little knowing they would be photographed by some creepy looking, moustached man with a camera phone. I think I saw that guy’s mug shot on the Family Watchdog website the other day. Oh wait, it’s just Dingo sporting his MOvember growth! Let the beatdown continue…

It was a really good workout. Plus we got to see a little more of what Wellington offers. Loved the guard rail workout! Great to see my friend Steve there too and give him a cool name!

One question, how does an Indian run have a last person? I thought the goal was to move the group at a constant pace as not to have a last person? Glad to see your making you way down to the greenway. good stuff all around
