Join me tomorrow for the first sub-freezing beatdown of the season. It’s a Frodo-led El Dorado, so that means lots of running….or does it? Gotta show to know. Below is the path we’ll follow.
- Run to Deck
- Up Stairway to Heaven
- Across top of deck
- Down and up Mineshaft
- Down and up ramps
- Down Stairway to Heaven
- Rinse and repeat until 6:05 (or later)
If you want more details, meet me in the Kohl’s parking lot at 5:10 AM tomorrow.

Uh…yea…that’s a lot of running. Two reasons to throw in mericans: 1) The MercVember participants will thank-you profusely and 2) we need something to slow Minnow down.
@Nanny…enjoy the Frodo ‘run’down…it looks awesome on paper!…I’m laying off El Dorado till after TR….I will knock out a few sets of merkins during that time though
