Moleskin:

  1. It was honor to lead such a great group.  Maybe a little past due, but better late then never!
  2. Mother nature was kind enough to break the heavy precipitation just long enough for the agony to occur.  45o was warmer then last Saturday but the brisk winds more then made up for the difference.
  3. Six for the Bull run for 4-6 mi. was a strong showing in less then ideal conditions and after last nights thunder boomer sceered most away.
  4. Good work by BBQ, Hootie and Chaos on the sprints – who knew Chaos could travel so fast?
  5. The Chaos Spartan fever is contagious!!! Gapper tried to steal some Chaos thunder for next April’s Spartan Sprint right here in our back yard.  Join the F3 Harrisburg team when you register and double down for the Mud Run.
  6. There was a little mumble chatter about byob to the beatdown.  Its a little early in the day for YHC, but if it gets the PAX out of the fartsack to post, it works for me.
  7. Hindsight is 20/20.  Leaving the dry shelter for Mary in the parking lot resulted in some mumble chatter, but I was sure the PAX would rather man up and tough it out then risk being seen doing Mary under a roof.  Bull wisely pointed out that by the end of the beatdown, no dry PAX were to be found anyway.
  8. Great to see BBQ keep his word and complete too many burpees to count – for the used men’s running shoes donated – especially since most came from his closet!
  9. Bring soup for Harrisburg Food Pantry to any workout. Solo Cup & Schedule C are coordinating.
  10. Last but not least, safe procedure and speedy recovery for Hootie this week!
