Mosey back to parking lot for MARY:
Super Burpee x1
The squirm x20
Crunchy frog x12
Mason twist x12
Homer to Marge
Thanks guys, that was fun. Good 3rd F too.
Moleskin:
1. For the love of F3, someone please do the Spartan Race with Chaos…
2. Lots of mumble-chatter today, and rightfully so on the Indian Run – sorry for the misjudgment of distance. I blame our smaller numbers and having just 1 group! But hey, we all finished.
3. Tclaps to myself, for finishing on time (likely first ever?) :p
4. Tclaps to ALL of the men today on the field running – way to push it and work on both endurance and speed.
5. Still collecting soup – see Solo Cup for more details.
6. This Monday is F3 Endurance – Harrisburg Family House at 6:30am. Come out for good discussion…and bacon!

@Sundial- good workout, enjoyed it!
@Kraut- way to hold back on the field sprints until the 15 second cycle & then blow all our doors off!
Great lead Sun Dial. Small group with plenty of mumble chatter made the time fly.
Would have been nice to have been there. Good running into you, SunDial, in the ‘Burg… too bad you were workin’.
