Mosey to workout

15 Side Straddle Hop

Quick hitters to warm up

Arm rotations

Neck Warmups

Wrist and Elbow rotations

Hip Rotations

Lower leg rotations.

1st workout – 15 minute rotations around the loop

Bike Rack merkins to max

25 Calf Raises

Reverse spiderman Merkins up stairs

Bick Rack merkins to max

Mosey to football field for sprints.

2 sprints at 20 yards

2 sprints at 40 yards

4 backward sprints at 20 yards

Circle up for Progressions

10 sets to 1 set with the following exercises:

Side Straddle Hops

Squats

Little Baby Crunch

Merkins

Mosey and circle up

1 set of 10.  Plyometric Merkins

Mosey to Mary

1 minute LBC

90 seconds LBC

15 reps of Freddie Mercury

Moleskin:

Good workout today.  Don’t know about you but for me the 2nd and 3rd sets of Reverse Spiderman merkins was a lot more difficult than I had planned.

Always good to get in some sprints.  Looks like none of us came up lame.  #success

It was either very humid out there today or we burned some calories.  My shirt was soaked.
