Warm Up:
- 20 SSH
- 10 Windmill
- 10 Merkin
Here we go:
Mtn with breathing exercise and neck rolls.
Mtn – 1/2 fold, cross arms for more. Arms out transition squat to Howl at Moon.
repeato 6 times.
Lunge – Warrior 2 on Right leg transition to Side Angle, Warrior 2 transition to Peaceful Warrior, Warrior 2 transition to lunge, Leg under body for full stretch, Plank, down dog, honeymoon, down dog, honeymoon, down dog and start lunge with opposite leg.
Repeato on Left leg total of 3 sets.
Balance / Tree – repeat and alternate legs on each set.
- Tree pull leg to chest practice breathing and balance.
- Tree pull leg to chest and add Leg out to side for a bit more.
- Tree, leg to chest, out to side, figure 4 and chair.
- Tree, leg to chest, out to side, figure 4, chair and Lynn Swan

Moleskin:
- Well that was fun! You guys were good sports going along with me today. 1. I’ve never attended a yoga class outside of Warrior with Deuce. 2. I have a hard time with some of the poses myself. None the less, you pressed through and hopefully gained some flexibility and core strengthening.
- Been away too long for injury recovery and loved seeing the new faces that are starting to come!
