– Thanks for the honor of leading the men again. I always enjoy leading a workout. For those of you who haven’t lead a workout yet and you want to, I encourage it.
– I hope you enjoyed the 6 exercises in the workout today. The Nanny pointed out that I targeted the major muscle groups. That’s always my goal, a full body workout.
– 28 strong! It’s exciting to see how successful Tradition has become.

Great job, Jelly! Love the new icon next to your name! 🙂
Thanks for finding my icon. I’ve been looking for something for a while. I’m quite proud of my name and new icon.
Great workout. I really liked the different stations. That works best given the size group we have formed over the past 2-3 months. Thanks again for taking the lead this morning!!
Yes Jelly good lead. It organized quickly and was a great way to maximize our time. Great icon too.
We had our first woman at a workout and no one us commenting on that??? The testosterone must have blinded you all!!
I was next to major pain, so no fear of tester one blocking my vision
I saw her, then forgot about it. Figured she was Major’s M. Did anyone talk to her and EH her to FIA?
Yeah, she came up to ask and asked what was going on. Was interested because she thinks her husband would like it
Thanks for the backblast sounds like fun 🙂 missed the pax today. Ran while in New Bern.
Good use of the AO, Jelly. Enjoyed it. The signs at the stations in the parking lot were helpful the first time through. Good job by all today, Pax!
