It’s my favorite holiday of the year, July 4th! There is no better way of kicking off the holiday then a good ‘ole fashion beatdown at #ElDorado with my F3 brothers.

Launch from Kohl’s on Tryon at 0545 across from UNCC Campus

Run to #ElDorado

Complete 8 Burpees at the bottom of side Ramp
Run up side ramp and then run up Mine Shaft to 6th level
Complete 56 LBC’s at the top
Run across deck to Stairway to Heaven and complete 13 Merkins
Run down Stairway to Heaven
Complete 8 burpees at the bottom of Stairway to Heaven
Reverse your route but decrease one level from each side.

Head back to Kohl’s for departure at 0645 to the Tradition beatdown (http://f3nation.com/2014/06/28/old-glory-july-4th-special-beatdown-preblast/) if you like the #doubledown thing.

    Great lead, Colonel. That was a blast. Couldn’t of asked for better weather or better way to start the day. And thank you for the math infused history lesson. I am a smarter man for having shown up today.
